Our products are designed for life and our “For the journey” philosophy means we are here to offer you product support no matter where you are in your family journey or how many kilometres your pram has travelled!

Our JIVE³ Platinum, JIVE³ and METRO³ prams and SKIP² stroller automatically come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard. To enjoy an extra 12 month warranty, for a total of 3 years, simply register your pram or stroller online within 60 days of receiving it.

Our HILO High Chair and entire range of pram, stroller and HILO accessories come with a 12 month warranty as standard.

Making a Warranty Claim

For some smaller warranty claims, we may be able to send you a replacement part, free of charge, which will allow you to get back out and about quicker. Our helpful Customer Care team will discuss these options with you when they respond to your claim.

3 Year Pram & Stroller Warranty

Our 3 year pram and stroller warranty covers all manufacturing defects with regards to:

  1. Chassis, frame, wheels and adaptors.
  2. 5-point harness buckle, padding, strapping and assembly.
  3. All soft good seams, bindings and zippers.

HILO High Chair Warranty

Our 12 month HILO High Chair warranty covers manufacturing defects with regards to:

  1. Plastic parts including seat, T-bar and tray; wooden legs and metal hardware.
  2. 5-point harness buckle, seat attachment, strapping and assembly.
  3. All soft good seams, bindings and zippers.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. On the rare occasion that a product fails to be of acceptable quality, for a minor fault, we will offer you a repair or a replacement. Should we deem the failure to be of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
