Due to increased demand, we've recently received a high volume of orders.
If you've already placed an order with us, thank you! We understand you're eagerly awaiting your Redsbaby order. Our warehouse are working as quickly as they can to get your order on its way to you. Once your order leaves our Sydney warehouse, you'll receive an email with the Australia Post tracking information.
If you're about to place your order, please check the estimated shipping date shown on the individual product page. This is the latest date your order is expected to leave our Sydney warehouse, but we'll try our best to get it on its way to you before this date.

Australia Post has advised of the potential for delays of deliveries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please refer to the Australia Post website for updated information.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
If your item is on pre-order
When you buy an item that is on Pre-Order, the item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated dispatch date that is outlined on the product page.
As parents ourselves, we know this is an exciting time, and so between the time of placing your order and your items being shipped from our Sydney warehouse, we will send you several emails to keep in touch and give you a status update on your order.
We make every effort to ship your order by the expected shipping date, however, on occasion we can experience delays outside of our control.
If your item is in-stock
Your order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. We use Australia Post to deliver your items to you. Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, standard delivery can take up to seven (7) business days, please refer to Australia Post delivery timeframes below.
Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, you'll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information for you to track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the Australia Post system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
Once you have received your product, please check all items have arrived and are in working order. Please notify our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period, Redsbaby is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items
If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped when all items are back in-stock.

Shipping Cost Guide
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the postcode of your nominated shipping address and the number of items in your cart.
We deliver to Australian metro areas* for the following shipping costs;
$11.95 - $19.95 for HILO High Chair.
$19.95 - $34.95 for JIVE³, METRO³ (Stroller and Bassinet) or SKIP/SKIP² Stroller.
$24.95 - $44.95 for JIVE³ Tandem (Stroller, Bassinet and Second Seat Conversion Kit).
$8.95 - $14.95 for accessories and/or Second Seat Conversion Kits.
*Tasmania, Northern Territory and some regional areas, attract additional shipping costs. For these costs, please contact our Customer Care team. Redsbaby reserves the right to update these shipping charges immediately and without notice.
We currently only ship within Australia.
