We know that researching and choosing a pram is an exciting part of your journey into parenthood. We want you to be confident in making the right decision for your family, and enjoy the beautiful moments leading up to your new arrival. That's why we offer a 30 Day Pram Trial and Free Returns.

As part of our 30 Day Pram Trial period, we encourage you to take your pram for a few local adventures, and practice getting it in and out your car. If, within 30 days, you're not entirely satisfied with your pram, you can return your order back to us for free and we will donate it to a family in need via our charitable partner, Dandelion Support Network.

If you decide to return your pram within the 30 Day Pram Trial period, please follow the process outlined below.

*Please note: The 30 Day Pram Trial applies to the JIVE³ Platinum, JIVE³, and METRO³ prams only. Prams sold as Ex-Demo, Imperfect Boxes or in a Warehouse Sale are exempt from the 30 Day Pram Trial.

Change your mind on the colour?

If you're unsure about which colour pram you love most and feel you'd prefer a different one, we'll happily swap your pram for another colour (subject to availability) within your 30 Day Pram Trial period. If you do decide you want to change the colour of your pram, please ensure your pram is unopened and in its original condition, then follow the returns process detailed below, including the colour-way you wish to swap to.

 
 

30 Day Pram Trial Return Process

To return your pram within the 30 Day Pram Trial period, please follow the steps below:

  1. Re-box your product in it's original packaging;
  2. Remove all original shipping labels from packaging;
  3. Complete Returns Form below;
  4. Once received, print and secure the return label we email to you;
  5. Drop your product off at your local post office

Once your form has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you within two (2) business days to discuss the return and next steps.

Free, Easy Returns

If you're not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return it back to us for free, from anywhere in Australia. Simply follow the steps below, and we will handle the rest.

  1. Re-box your product in it's original packaging;
  2. Remove all original shipping labels from packaging;
  3. Complete Returns Form below;
  4. Once received, print and secure the return label we email to you;
  5. Drop your product off at your local post office

Once your form has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you within two (2) business days with your return shipping label.
