Redsbaby Warranty

While our products have been designed to withstand the ins and outs of daily life with your growing family, on occasion you might need to return your product for repair. We're committed to our customers long-term, which is why we provide you with a 24 Month Warranty when you buy a Redsbaby Pram or Stroller, and a 12 Month Warranty for HILO High Chair and all Redsbaby accessories.

For some smaller warranty claims, we may be able to send you a replacement part free of charge which will allow you to get back out and about quicker. Our helpful Customer Care team will discuss these options with you when they respond to your claim.

Has your warranty expired?

When your warranty expires, we're still here to support you through our spare parts page, and Australia-wide Pram Repair Network. Search our Pram Repair Network to find a repairer near you.

Note: The warranty period for our 2017 and earlier products is 12 months, starting from the date your product(s) are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Redsbaby Warranty

24 Month Pram Warranty

The 24 Month Pram Warranty starts from the date your product is dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia and includes all manufacturing defects with regards to:

  1. Chassis, frame, wheels and adaptors.
  2. 5-point harness buckle, padding, strapping and assembly.
  3. All soft good seams, bindings and zippers.

12 Month HILO Warranty

Our HILO High Chair comes with a 12 Month Warranty, covering against faults in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and according to the HILO User Manual, including:

  1. Plastic parts including seat, T-bar and tray; wooden legs and metal hardware.
  2. 5-point harness buckle, seat attachment, strapping and assembly.
  3. All soft good seams, bindings and zippers.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, or refund, for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired, or replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
